Whether you have a specific goal and deadline in mind, or if you just need some extra motivation to get started, we have the trainer for you. Our personal training services can be daily, weekly, monthly, individually, or with a partner. It’s whenever and however you want it. It’s your choice.

Are you the type of person that needs some type of strong personal motivation, such as a training partner waiting for you to get to the club each day? Would you get more from your work outs if someone took you through every exercise every time you came to work out? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our club’s coaching program is what you need. What is the coaching program and who should take part?
Coaching, or working with a trainer, is for everyone with any type of fitness goal. How it works is simple. Book a coach and he or she will be waiting for you when you arrive. Your coach will then take you through each and every step of the workout, providing guidance as you need it, as well as some motivation, to get the most out of the workout for that day. Having a coach will give you the maximum workout with the least amount of thinking or hassle. Your coach will also assist you with healthy eating guidelines and guided cardio workouts.
