      Emily Graham

I’ve always wanted to save the world.  Most people who have known me know this (and some poke a little fun, too).  After focusing the majority of my last six years working for different political and non-profit organizations in the U.S. and abroad, I finally decided it was time to come back home.  I was tired of thinking about everything that is wrong with the world; I needed some positivity!
After so much time giving my time to others, I realized that I had seriously neglected myself and my own health.  I was a far cry from the athlete and power lifter I once had been: out of shape, unhappy, and sluggish.  I realized that if I wanted to change the world, I would need to start with myself.  I joined a local fitness center and before I knew it, I was working for them.
I began to work with a trainer who pushed me over the edge. My confidence skyrocketed and I began to accomplish things I never thought I could.  Fitness became the center point of my life; I was addicted and I desperately wanted others to feel the same things I did.
I became a personal trainer and boot camp instructor because I’ve been on both sides of the fence, and the grass really is greener on this one.  I want to push others past the point of what they thought was possible for them.  This life really can be as great as you dream it to be.
I still want to change the world.  Let me start with you!

      Michelle Wittwer

      O2I (Owner to Inspire)

      Owner/Lead Personal Trainer/General Manager

Michelle is a true fitness enthusiast. Not only is Michelle a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), she's also a triathlete. Competing in sprint triathlons all around the Twin Cities, her best event is running. We think it is impart from chasing her two children around the neighborhood. You've probably seen her trailing behind a couple of little slippery cheetahs...or at the grocery store, because she lives right here in the neighborhood. "That is what I love about Anytime Fitness, it's right here and I can go there when ever I want...or at least after the kids go to bed," is what she says.

      My Story:

I didn't grow up playing sports, my parents didn't really inspire my siblings and I to be active.  I grew-up on a farm, we just were active.  Once I left for college I started making poor food choices, and never exercised. I gained 20 pounds over the course of 4 years.  When I graduated and started my career as a social worker, I worked odd hours, ate whatever was quick and easy, and was often too tired to do anything but lay on the couch when I got home.  I remember feeling upset about the way I looked and even worse about the way I felt.  One day I decided that I wanted to change how I felt - no matter what it took.  I thought that I would take up running, it seemed like a good idea until I tried to run a block - wow did my chest burn.  After a few weeks of running a block then walking a block, I could finally run a whole mile.  I continued on with my running and even ran my first 5K after losing the 20 pounds.  Not long after I got married and soon became pregnant with our first son.  I chose to eat whatever I wanted and to not exercise because I told myself I was too tired.  I regret that decision, after giving birth to our second child, I had about 35 pounds to lose.  I decided to take up running again and this time I added some weight training to the mix.  About 6 months later I registered for my first triathalon.  I went on to compete in many more races and completed my first marathon in the spring of 2009. After the urging of my husband, I decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer.  This proved to be one of the best decisions I have ever made.  I have so much passion for helping others become the person they know is inside waiting to come out!   One of my favorite quotes is:

"What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals." Zig Ziglar

      David Tenner

      H2I (Here-to-inspire)

Club Manager/Nicer Than Most People You Know

I have achieved success in a multitude of roles; Motivating, Managing, advising, creating, representing,  But none so rewarding as wrapping them all together to encourage and motivate people on their path to good health and well being. “Find a job you love and you will never work a day in your life”.  I never realized how true this could be.

My brother and I would do our push-ups and sit-ups every night before bed, and every morning before breakfast with our Mother while growing up.  I have always been aware of the fact that I am ultimately responsible for the way I look, and feel. I look forward to giving people the tools they need to become aware of the impact their actions have on their body.

      Kathrine Kupiecki

      C2i (Coach to Inspire)

Lead Boot Camp Instructor/Actress/All Around Cool Person

Katherine Kupiecki is the Look Good Naked Bootcamp lead at Anytime Fitness in St. Paul.  She also co-teaches the popular Abs Class with trainer Sarah.

My fitness journey began at a very early age with activities ranging from dance and gymnastics to soccer and track & field. As a high school cheerleader, my love of sports and fitness continued through my early adult years. The farther I got into college, the less I made exercise and a healthy lifestyle a priority.  I paid for it dearly - I gained nearly 35 lbs in 5 years, and had high cholesterol in my mid-20s!  After seeing pictures of me on a vacation with friends (that were naturally all over Facebook), I decided that enough is enough.  I jumped in with both feet into exercise and eating a healthy, balanced diet.  I lost weight and gained a new passion!  I found a love for group fitness - Cardio Kickboxing and Yoga are favorites  - as well as running outside around many of Minnesota's beautiful lakes.  Exercise is now a part of me and my life that I am excited to share with others!

In addition to my work at Anytime Fitness, I am a local actor appearing in regional theater and the occasional commercial.  Keep an eye out!
