      I signed up for personal training to help get me started as I didn’t know the first thing about working out. I have been working with a personal trainer for the past 6 months and it has been worth every single penny.       The first bootcamp was very hard for me because I was out of shape and had never put my body through those types of workouts before. Bootcamp for me was about accountability of coming to the gym and getting a "good" workout.  As the weeks went on it only became easier and easier as I saw not only weightloss but myself becoming stronger.  It felt very good, especially when people started to notice my changes.  For me the workouts with the Bootcamp experience were very black and white; I came to the gym every morning and the trainer told me what to do, I didn't have to think at all.  I enjoyed it so much I signed up for a second Bootcamp session.  Through the 20 weeks of Bootcamp, I lost over 40 pounds and have lost over 50 pounds in my weightloss journey.
